Hello!
I live in Willow Glen and am currently training for the San Francisco to Los Angeles Ride for LifeCycle Aids Ride. The ride will be 545 miles of pure fun (?) in June of 2013. I also spend time with my family and we help TownCats.org through fostering kittens and helping them to find new homes. We love the outdoors, movies and enjoy our day trips to San Francisco and  Carmel. I have been in California for almost 20 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I love the diversity, the climate, the foods, the mountains and the ocean.

I specialize in residential real estate in the general South Bay area. I am happy to handle listings and house hunting in Los Gatos, Cupertino, Campbell, San Jose, Morgan Hill and Gilroy. I focus on clients who are wanting to move up in neighborhoods, downsize their home, are looking for horse properties and/or good schools.

I became a Realtor because I did not like the service I had received after 5 moves in 3 different states and wanted to do better for my clients. I care about each listing and enjoy helping others find the right home. My goal is to see you happy with your real estate experience. I have strong negotiating skills and over 14 years of marketing experience. I am a strong advocate of internet advertising and use technology in a way that benefits my clients. I am not afraid to work with clients that search on their own and will represent your best interest, not mine. I am a full time professional and an active member of the Santa Clara Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. In addition to my license as a Realtor, I am also a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, Short Sale Expert, HAFA Certified, and Certified as a professional handling residential sales for divorcing couples. I continue to update my education by taking courses offered through the associations and stay current on legal issues related to home ownership.
