Sellers go from living in the privacy of their home to being &quot;on show &quot;to potential buyers in real time and all over the internet.  Totally different.  

I tell sellers the buyers don&#039;t want to know you really live in your home.  They want to see it as their home.  Sellers can no longer leave that toothbrush out or the Kleenex in the trash.  Dirty laundry needs to be hidden in the washer.  Trash barrels hidden in cabinets.  It&#039;s show time!</description>
