Cupertino Homes for Sale

Cupertino is the Silicon Valley Mecca for technology and diverse cuisine. Home base for Apple, Cupertino boast some of the most creative residents in the area. This attracts people from all over the world to the housing neighborhood and provides a rich community of diverse talents. Cupertino also is well know for its high scoring public schools from kindergarten to high school. From John Muir to Dilsworth, almost allCupertino Unified elementary schools score in the high 900’s of the API charts. Joaquin Miller middle School and Lynbrook High School round off the high scoring school assignments for the Cupertino neighborhood.

Because of schools and proximity to high technology companies, Cupertino also is one the higher priced housing neighborhoods in Santa Clara County. The median home price for Cupertino is $1.18M for a single family detached home. Most of the homes were built between 1960 and 1980. Most are ranch style homes. In some of the areas closer to the hills (West of HWY 85) the homes have been completely rebuilt or remodeled and can easily be priced over $1.75 million.

What the Cupertino neighborhood lacks in quaintness it easily makes up in multi-cultured dining and large franchise shopping via the Vallco Mall.

Cupertino is also home of De Anza College. Highly attended and ranked De Anza offers many academic prep programs and is home of the Flint Center for Performing Arts.
